The property overall was very up to date. Kitchen had very nice appliances. Parking which we figured would be challenging. Location was good having children visit. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms should have dressers. The closets were good size. Television was bit challenging, (not what we are used to) and internet was spotty. We missed not having an outdoor shower (would have helped to eliminate sand), outdoor grill and no decks. The lighted stairways was a nice touch!

Overall the condo was great. Super location. 5 min walk to the beach and Casino Ballroom. We had some company but parking was not a problem. Everybody thought the bathrooms and kitchen designs were amazing. Having said that there are a few things that could be improved on. The AC splits were difficult to control. We were cold a lot of the time. Unfortunately there were no decks or patio to enjoy the outside air in evenings. There was no BBQ grill. The back of the house has about a 12’ wide area and the the width of the lot. Wouldn’t take much to level that area off and create a BBQ or sitting area. They have great new electric grills these days if propane or briquettes are an issue. We spent a little time sweeping the garage when we first got there. Since the place was just recently built there was still a lot of dirt, sand and drywall compound on the floor. I suggest the walls and ceiling get painted and the floor sealed or painted. It would go a long way in reducing the dirt and dust. The condo has a single unit washer/dryer. If you put in a normal load to wash and dry it couid take longer than 3 hours to complete the cycle. Not a fan of that unit but in this case it looked like they could not have put a stacked unit there because if space. Lynne the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing. Friendly and very accommodating. Michael, our contact person was also very responsive. If you do not have an issue with stairs this property is a great choice.
