Guest Suite 2-bedrooms with AC, Hot Tub and WiFi in peaceful Matamoras,

Stay comfortably in Matamoras. The two bedrooms features a king bed and a queen bed, ensuring a fabulous night's sleep for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer. Our property is perfect for both long or short stays, making your holiday one to remember. Recently we added a hot tub is for guest to use, the back yard oasis is still under construction with the deck, patio and hot tub usable. You will have sole use access to all areas pictured and in the description. Owner does live on site with a separate entrance / access to the opposite side of the residence and DOES NOT utilize occupied space during rentals.

As mentioned previously you will have full and sole access to the two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom. Additionally the rear deck, BBQ Grill and hot tub.

Great Place

This place was exactly the same as the photos. It was extremely clean. The bedrooms were a great size and comfortable. Kyle was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and warm getaway…

The house felt very inviting and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had a great aura. The hosts were responsive and had clear directions. We didn’t have to ask for anything, they had already provided us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend it!
