This property is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood. The duplex was clean and the accommodations were great. The kitchen has everything in it that you need for cooking and the cookware is very good quality! The host was very responsive to any of our questions and was very thoughtful and considerate of our time. It was an easy drive from the rental to downtown, airport, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed our 10 day stay and we felt right at home!

Cozy 2 bedroom

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was super clean and smelled great. The beds were very comfortable and nice hot shower. Soft blanket was a plus!! I highly recommend and we will be back.

To start the place has been remodeled and is very nice. That is the two stars. No where in the listing do you find out it is a duplex (or at least nothing obvious). Did not find out until just prior to arrival. There is a carport but you drive down to it which means you have to gun it to back out. There are steps and if you are older it is not a good thing. Steps up to the kitchen/living room and steps down to the bedroom. When we arrived there was dog barking and construction going on. Never told of this before arriving. If last minute thing I should have been warned. If knew all the time, should have been given a chance to cancel. We stayed one night of three because we could not get a hotel room at the last minute. When I let the owner know we left after one night his response was he would have fixed things, the construction people were supposed to stop at 10 PM. I did not feel safe. The place was hard to find. I have stayed all over the Seattle/Everett area and have been very careful and read the description and reviews, but I got fooled on this one. If you want a duplex that has a reasonable price, this place is for you.

Quite private neighborhood with the house located on the Cul-de-sac. The entire neighborhood is surrounded by nature, giving a peaceful vibes.

There's a bridge that takes you to the house, surrounded by flowers that blossom in Spring like from a Disney Movie.
