Great house for our group…spacious, comfy, and cool in the 98 degree temps, all the way to the third floor! Beds were fantastic…huge kitchen and dining island that accommodated several of us cooking and serving at one time. Private parking garage…the bomb! The BEST?!? The 3rd floor balcony where we had an incredible view of the July 4th fireworks throughout the city, including those from the downtown Disney fireworks celebration!

Great spot for a bachelorette! We felt safe the entire time, however the area was not walkable at night & was not in the best part of town. The house inside was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was an easy uber to downtown and other locations.

Nice property that needs some extra care. Overgrown lawn, weeds growing in landscaping and up garage. Wasp nest under patio furniture. Washer needs cleaned since it is a front loader where mold has a tendency to appear on the rim. Tear in blinds.

House was fantastic, plenty of room for all 6 of us. Not in the best neighborhood but we just took Uber’s downtown (only like 10-15 minutes away) House was clean and modern.

Parking was convenient and safe with a detached garage. Could have used a garage door opener for convenience. Difficulty with access- code deactivated several times. House was as described / clean and roomy. Many steps inside - 2 long flights of stairs- okay for our guests but may be a problem for others. Deck was aged; needs a touch up. The outside of the home was bad - extremely tall weeds everywhere and grass was not mowed. Could barely access the porch for the weeds. Overall great stay with exception of the appearance outside.

The host was incredibly welcoming and even left a thoughtful “Welcome to Nashville” message on a whiteboard, which was such a lovely touch. The home’s modern design is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely consider staying again the next time we’re in Nashville—just a couple of minor cosmetic items could use attention. While the location isn’t walkable, it’s only a quick 2–8 minute drive to everything.

Okay, reading the reviews I would have no issue giving a 5 star review. The place is nice and with a few small issues it would deserve a 5 star. My only issue is if you see some reviews as the owner/company reading prior issues that we see have not been addressed you really need to work on it. Here’s the issue at hand, place is nice, section is a little bit in a tuff area. We had no issues but we can see why people had the reviews. Inside was clean and nice. Outside needs some love. Over grown weeds is one big issue. Ya u can live with that and really did not bother us. Upper deck needs some new seating or power washing. We have been renting Nash for 20 plus years for CMA we have seen a lot. Other then a few webs upstairs on the deck and having my girl deadly wild against spiders it just needs some minor attention. And one other note, if you like to sleep in late the blinds are not darkening and over high widows do not have shades. On that note it was a great stay a great price and we had a good stay. Worth looking into if it fits your goals.

This is a beautiful property and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate a special request for us. I was on a girls trip and we all really enjoyed the property and the close proximity to downtown. We walked it a few times took 30 minutes to Broadway. The neighborhood is up and coming, but we felt safe and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The home was even better than the listing. A lot of vacation rentals are older properties that have squeaky floors and just have an aesthetic makeover but this home felt new and was very well built and maintained.
