Welcome to Paradise! A getaway from the crowds, no crazy parking. Just sit back & relax while watching the Boats go by. So many yachts, jet ski’s, barges, all those house boats, sail boats, party boats and those cute tug boats going peacefully by. Enjoy private walks on our sidewalk path along the beautiful waterway, listen to the water, the sweet birds & just enjoy the nature. No sand to contend with or unsteady ground. Several places around the property to have a seat and take it all in. Insane views from everywhere in the unit.

Top Floor middle extended unit right over the Pier on the Intercostal Waterway. See water from every window including a Private Master Balcony entrance.

Location couldn’t get any better. 4mi to Downtown Myrtle Beach, Tanger Outlet, Shopping, Dining and entertainment just moments away. Literally around the corner, over the little bridge and you are there.
Super close to Cal Ripken Field and Convention Center.
Full access to all Amenities: Pools, indoor, outdoor & hot tub.
Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball Courts & YES, Fishing is allowed.
Walk around the well manicured complex with a ton of palm trees, fountains, lookout areas & Gazebos.
All passes and amenities guide will be left with your Vip Welcome Package.

No elevators, 2 flights of stairs on either side near entrance. Stair cases are carpeted, wide & have several landings to make them very friendly for all guests. They are nice, open & with welcoming palm trees. Never feel the need to rush, remember-no crowds. We love our stairs.

Working Remotely, you will find several places to set up. Most popular is on the balcony or setting up in front of one of the 2 sliding glass doors for the beautiful view. Several tabled options available.

Condo is Equipped w/all comforts from home
We may have more new pots & pans than you do. Even have an electric griddle to make ease of cooking & many necessities. Ask if you are missing something, we’ll see what we have.

More conveniences:
We’ve stocked beach/pool towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, grilling utensils & extra large grocery bags to make shopping a breeze when unloading the car. Get it all in 1 trip

Just Imagine, watching Jet Skies, Yachts, Sailboats, Barges, Party Boats and your every day fishermen, all coasting by, rippling the water, hearing the birds and all the peaceful sounds of nature, as you sit in the unit or stroll on our well lit walkway.

Our decision was solely based on the view. It had to be unobstructed, year round, exciting, peaceful and SPECTACULAR! A view that you can experience from just about every space of the unit!
