Our newly renovated studio condo is located in Sea Trail Golf Resort and overlooks the 17th green of the Maples Course. This is truly a golfer’s paradise! Enjoy all of the amenities Sea Trail has to offer, including three 18-hole golf courses, private beach parking at Sunset Beach, 3 outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness center with a yoga/pilates studio and sauna. The resort is also home to a lighted driving range, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, multiple practice greens, outdoor grills, a bocce court and horseshoe pit, and several restaurants for you to visit.

This 1st floor unit has 2 double (full-size) beds and a full bath to comfortably host up to 4 people. No need to carry your golf bag up flights of stairs! It also boasts abundant natural light, fast and reliable WiFi, central AC and heat, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator and microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker, a blender, and a brand new smart TV. The dining area has a bay window that looks out toward the 17th pin, and there's plentiful parking just steps from the front door.

That’s not to mention the nature! The condo sits beside a tranquil pond frequented by herons. Sunset beach has places to view everything from pipers, plovers, and pelicans to alligators, and birdwatchers may even spot a roseate spoonbill.
