The living room has a smart TV, loveseat with ottoman, upholstered arm chair and queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space and access to deck with 4 chairs to watch the golfers in action, or just enjoy your favorite beverage and relax. The full kitchen is fully stocked with all needed appliances and cookware to stay in and prepare your meals, if desired. Enjoy amenities like a full size washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, free WiFi, AC/heat, iron and ironing board. Portable wooden crib and mattress available under King bed if needed. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean out all food and personal items left in the fridge and on the counters. Take out all trash to outside receptacles and replace waste cans with clean, empty bags.
Wash and dry all dishes and put them away in the cabinets. Put all dirty linens that belong to the condo in the laundry basket in the King bedroom to be washed
Please leave the condo in the same shape it was when you arrived. Set the thermostat to 78 in the warm months and 60 in the colder months. Turn off all ceiling fans and window units.

When the opportunity to purchase my condo for a vacation home was presented, I happily bought it in 2021. I hope you enjoy this beautiful beach as much as me and my family do.

Proximity to the ocean and famous Calabash restaurants. Sea Trail has a long tradition of beautiful grounds, golf courses and homes that define the beauty of the resort. 3 pools and several restaurants/bars to enjoy.
What makes this property unique
Newly remodeled and refurnished in 2025 with fresh paint in the bedrooms and baths, new decor, new king size Nectar mattress in primary bedroom, new appliances. Living room furniture recently replaced and kitchen fully stocked.
