Step outside to the screened lanai and enjoy the pool deck surrounding a crystal-clear private pool and raised spa, both fully fenced for added privacy. Relax on cushioned loungers or take a refreshing dip in the pool—optionally heated for your comfort.

The spa features a soothing waterfall, making it the perfect place to unwind after a fun-filled day at the parks. For families with young children, a removable safety fence is provided for extra peace of mind.

When the weather isn’t perfect, the converted games room offers plenty of entertainment and family fun.

Over all this place is pretty great if you’re going to universal or Disney. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything was neat and clean.

It was a convenient location. However crazy they wanted to charge you for everything. Early check in had a fee, heated pool had a fee, use of bbq had a fee. Make sure you READ EVERY FINE PRINT. Location could use a deep clean we did have to kill some spiders by dining room.

The host did keep an open communication at all times. The house could use some improvements on painting the walls. Also the furniture in bedrooms could be in better conditions. The hickory table didn't work but wasn't informed until after I reached out about it. Overall my stay was pleasant and we made the best out of the trip. I would book again if I returned.

Overall, our family had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect location and size for our family of 4 and my brother’s family of 4. Easy check-in and clean property. The property could use a bit of updating though, some basic wear and tear (game room), but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Also, be aware of the “fees”, we were not crazy about the fact that we would have to pay to heat the spa and pool for the week. We opted out of the heating of the pool

Home was very spacious and had all we needed for our family while we stayed in Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball nationals. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice to cool off after a long day at the convention enter. Michael, the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at World Villa. Location was great, close to Walmart, restaurant’s, and Universal. Had a couple of small issues that were resolved promptly. I would recommend a couple of new mattress in the near future for the master bedroom and one of the twin beds. Overall, our stay was great and we would like to thank you for everything. If you are looking for a nice home, I would recommend this one!

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
