Located within the exclusive gated community of Solana Resort in Davenport, Orlando, this luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably accommodates families and groups, with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds.

The villa has Wi-Fi throughout the entire home, including the pool deck, so you can stay connected wherever you are.

Our villa is state-registered and subject to regular inspections. It is professionally managed by a dedicated management company that takes great pride in maintaining the property to a high standard.

Regular pool, grounds and pest maintenance is carried out, helping to ensure that everything is ready for your arrival and that you can enjoy a relaxing, trouble-free stay in our Florida home.

The Private Pool

For added security and peace of mind, the pool is surrounded by a safety fence, helping to prevent young children from accessing the pool area unsupervised.

Pool heating is available at an additional cost. If you decide you'd like the pool heated after you arrive, this can be arranged remotely, giving you the flexibility to add pool heating even after you've checked in.

The Clubhouse
The air-conditioned clubhouse provides a welcoming place to relax away from the Florida sunshine. There is a spacious lounge area with a widescreen television, making it a great spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the attractions.
