Upstairs in the main hall is a full bath and off the master is another full bath. The living room offers a sofa bed (full/queen). There is a TV in the main room and a TV in the master. The large backyard is fully fenced with many trees for privacy and peace. The location offers easy access to Lake Sammamish, Pine Lake and Beaver Lake, Douthie Hill Bike Park, Woodinville or Snoqualmie wineries and miles of trails in the Issaquah Alps and beyond. River rafting, fishing, Snoqualmie Falls. Easy access to Interstate 90 for a relatively quick 25 minutes to the airport or Seattle.
