Beach Colony Resort is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the resort-style pool or take advantage of the shaded heated indoor pool! Soak your worries away in the bubbling jacuzzi, as well! Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Johnson's Beach is a short stroll away.

Beach Colony West PH2C is within walking distance to restaurants, quaint shops with ice cream and a daquiri bar. Two grocery stores and fishing tackle are less than a mile away. Some off-site activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

We really enjoyed staying at Beach Colony West 17C. The condo is very stylish, clean, and comfortable with an amazing balcony. The views are stunning! We enjoyed several meals alfresco and we loved relaxing on the loungers listening to the ocean.The master bath is luxurious with an ocean view for your bath or shower. Lovely!

This condo was clean and well-stocked. The views were gorgeous and it was a great place for our family to spend a few days.We loved the location. The beaches were a little less crowded than the ones further west but no less beautiful. We had a small issue with a parking pass, but it was resolved very quickly after I reached out.Definitely would book again.

Amazing beach views!

My family members stayed in several condos in the area. I had the best one, and the most amazing views of the beach and the shoreline. Condo was spotless and well stocked. My only complaint is a table lamp needs to be added to the living room.

Condo was very clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking and eating supplies. Plenty of starter supplies in kitchen & baths. Great view of ocean and can hear waves. Wry relaxing. Check in and out was very pleasant and had great carts available. Loved that there was only 4 units per floor. Quiet even though busy time of year. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and pristine condo. The views of the gulf from the balcony and from inside the condo were amazing. Really liked that there were only 4 condos on each floor. Noticed that the living room only had ceiling lights. So, we purchased an inexpensive table lamp to put on side table to use for reading, etc…. Also, would suggest that an additional ottoman be placed in living area for propping your feet up. Other than these minor things, it was a wonderful place to stay.
