We had a great stay. 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Loved that it was on the 3 third floor and parking was on the same level. The kids loved the pool walk in area. The beach is so beautiful with minimal waves for the kids. The unit was great with the extra space for the kids and 2 king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were very helpful as we did not have to set up our tent. The area around Panama City Beach was very crowded so we went to St Andrews area for dinner which was great and a little more low key.

We were 3 generations staying for four nights. It was comfortable enough, not luxury but wasn’t looking for that. 2 king bedrooms each with private baths that are big enough, comfortable, clean. Also a single bunk with private bath. The water pressure was good, the bathrooms had extra hooks. One bedroom was louder if the washer/dryer was running at night so keep that in mind and put light sleepers on left back bedroom. The condo has one assigned parking spot on the 3rd floor so that is ONE of THE PERKS of this place. The spot is convenient so it’s not a long walk. You can unload and load without needing luggage carts from the office. Especially if you have a kids wagon. The washer/dryer is AWESOME. SpeedQueen. Gets it done! They have beach towels, extra beach chairs,goggles,sand toys as of this visit. Great start with bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish washing, hand soap, etc. IF you have kids, THIS IS PERFECT! The kitchen is enough to get by, but not for serious cooking if you do that while on vacation. Basic breakfast prep, lunch, snacks, treats, you’re good. Nice refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot and Keurig. Could use additional silverware. Loved the lay out, the table in the kitchen, comfortable leather sofas & chair. Plenty of room for 6. Patio chairs were comfortable. Would stay here again. The management team are great communicators. Will definitely use them again and book additional condos for groups. Fantastic place to make MORE memories with family!
