Coburn's Cove welcomes you and your family to enjoy this private, lake front home ! With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, hot tub, and loads of outdoor areas, this is a perfect place for you and your family to visit and relax. Our cove provides a private boat dock, hot tub, a great area for yard games, a relaxing outdoor firepit, paddle boards, a canoe, Lilly pad, ping pong, and more!
All bath towels and bed linens provided for this 4 bed / 2 bath lake side oasis! Upstairs and downstairs kitchens are equipped with Keuirg , air fryer, and anything you may need! Brand new propane grill - August 2024, with propane included, multiple outdoor seating areas, night lighting with built in cornhole boards, ping pong table, firepit, indoor games - loads of entertainment! Large hot tub with lights and waterfall, 3 Paddle board, 3 person canoe, and Lilly pad provided !
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise you can see from our three different deck levels while sipping on your coffee and listening to the wildlife, relax in our brand new hot tub in a secluded back yard, paddle to the sand bar located within view of the home, enjoy the private dock and do some fishing, end your day around the fire pit with your friends and family or putting together a puzzle in our relaxing sunroom !
Enjoy beautiful Lake Gaston from the cove, or take a short boat ride to the main lake!
Located about 4 miles from a Food Lion, in close proximity to the local coffee shop and restaurants, as well as a local butcher shop for any of your food needs. Mini golf is also close by !

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As a reminder, check out is at 10 AM. As you prepare to head home, please help us maintain our relaxing stay.
- please take out all trash, if it does not fit in the bins please take it with you
Grill: Please make sure you are maintaining the grill with the provided tools. If there is an excessive clean up necessary, there will be an additional $15 charge
Please place all towels on the provided hooks in the bedrooms and baths

- Any outdoor towels used should be washed and placed back into storage bench on covered porch
