Getting Around:

- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.

- Four designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.

- Indian Rocks Beach offers abundant free public beach access and parking. However, we recommend arriving early to get a spot.

- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.



Other Things to Note:

- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



- We’re pet-friendly with prior approval. Please message us with the breed and size before booking.



- Forget about packing or renting beach gear! Guests are provided with beach towels, four chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, and an umbrella. ⛱️



- Complimentary starter supplies are provided. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.



- There is a Murphy bed in the living room. It is queen-sized. Extra bed linens are in a cedar chest at the foot of the bed in the primary bedroom. 🛏️



🚼 - We provide a pack-and-play (Pamo Babe Portable Crib Baby Playpen with Mattress) & highchair at the property. If you book our property & need additional baby equipment, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We gladly assist!



- ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.
