Charming Getaway by Ocean with Panoramic Views and Two Private Beaches

Sleep with the sound of the ocean, wake to bird song in this spacious home with a chef’s kitchen, high ceilings, wood floors. One principal bedroom with king size four poster Balinese beds. 2 bathrooms. Great views. Deeded access to 2 private beaches & minutes away from beautiful parks by the ocean. Perfect for a quiet romantic getaway or for a work brainstorming trip. You have exclusive usage of bedroom, bathroom, roof deck, and chef's kitchen. We share laundry, the garden and the living room (although I probably won't be using any of these during your stay other than for egress). The property is in a way like a large duplex but you have complete privacy and the only common wall is between the two kitchens on the ground floor.

Lovely weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time staying with John and Muna. They were so welcoming and accommodating. Truly went above and beyond as hosts. Their home is gorgeous. We stayed in the penthouse apartment atop their home. The jacuzzi was amazing, the bed was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, and the views of the ocean were stunning. We felt so at home and taken care of. Will definitely be back again.

Really beautiful home with expansive deck and ocean views. The flat is on the top floor, so not especially great for those with difficulty walking or lugging suitcases. The host was extremely helpful and walked my suitcase up the stairs. The kitchen is open to guests with plentiful drinks and items for breakfast. Plus there's a stocked frig and microwave near the upstairs flat. King bed quite comfortable and two-person jacuzzi welcome upon arrival. We arrived with a nor'easter threatening but we were able to take a morning walk on the beach before the rain. The host graciously offered for us to stay beyond checkout since no one had booked for that evening. Really appreciated his hospitality and generosity.

Ocean anniversary getaway

John is an incredibly gracious host. He keeps a beautiful and spacious penthouse style nest with an amazing view. John was sure to greet us at the door and give us a wonderful tour of the house and property. The room was perfectly stocked with the most delicious snacks and specialty coffee. i had mentioned in a message it was our anniversary and there was a lovey homemade cake wait for us. John also took the time to wake us down to one of his private beaches and set us up with chairs, paddles, lifejackets and two kayaks! Over all the entire trip was prefect. Thank you John.
