It's a great location. We didn't use the kayaks (too cold) but the fire pit and jacuzzi were lovely. Bedrooms were small but did the trick. The kitchen is small but we cooked a thanksgiving dinner (chicken not turkey) in there.
Enjoyed the quietness of the area yet the convenience to town and hiking was a plus also. Loft bed was my only con, not really feasible, have to crawl your way to the bed.
Beautiful and cozy home! Very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable with super soft sheets! For a tiny home, it definitely didn't feel cramped. It was actually very roomy with each space effectively utilized. We did know ahead of time from previous reviews, that you do need to "crawl" into the loft space to the bed, but it wasn't a problem. The lights in the back yard and throughout the neighborhood added to the charm! The host was very responsive and provided easy directions.
What a cute little place. It had everything we needed for 2 adult couples. Loved the hot tub & the view was great. We didnt mind climbing up into the loft for bedtime. The deck with the water view was where we spent most of our time. Such a relaxing place. We would definitely recommend.
Still Waters Tiny Home in Tracy City, TN was everything we needed and more for our family of five. The space was cozy yet incredibly well-appointed—every detail thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept like rocks. The private lake was a highlight—kayaking in the peaceful surroundings felt like something out of a dream. Evenings by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub made it hard to leave. The nearby Fiery Gizzard Trail offered some of the most majestic hiking we’ve experienced, with stunning waterfalls and tranquil forest views. We found peace here—true peace.Highly recommend to anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in nature’s embrace.
Hi, I'm Mariska. My husband Chris and I live in Nolensville, TN, with our two sons who are 10 and 8 years old. Monteagle and Tracy City has been such a haven for our family to slow down and enjoy our time together. We have loved exploring all the state parks, trails, and waterfalls in the area. We love waking up to the waterfront views from our porch and sitting around the fire as a family at night. Our "tiny home" has been a retreat for our family to rest, restore, and connect and our hope is that this place can be that for you.

Why they chose this property
We love being surrounded by nature with the trees, waterfront views, and birds chirping. Its a great place to sit by the fire, soak in the hot tub, play outdoor games on the lawn, or get cozy reading a good book. I love coming here with my husband and kids, girls get-away, date weekend, or even a solo stay.
What makes this property unique
We have worked really hard for this little space to have everything you need, but also a retreat from the busyness of life. Our goal inside the tiny home is to make you feel cozy and comfortable, but to also enjoy all the amenities of being outside in nature.
