Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw a load of towels in washer please!
Leave sheets and comforters on the bed the cleaners spot check and treat them while they are still on before washing them
Please pick up any dog waste if you brought a pet. Make sure grill is cleaned after use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When A/C in on do not have windows/doors open please! $50. Grill cleaning fee if grill is not cleaned after use.
If you have a pet, please pick up after them inside and out. $50.00 fee if "poo" is not picked up. Please use pet blankets on furniture.
Put trash and recycling in bins on side of house. If staying on a Monday PLEASE bring trash/recycling bins to end of driveway for pick up!!!

Property has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is great for walking. The lanai with the pool is great, very private. Very clean and well taken care of home. Owner very responsive. Definitely looking forward to my next stay.

Great home to relax in after a long week of baseball. We were in town for our 16 year olds baseball tournament. All fields were within 25minutes so it was perfect. Beds were comfy, great AC, pool with plenty of floats/toys. Pretty sure my husband and daughter played water basketball for over 2 hours one evening. Safe yard fenced in for my small dog to potty without me worrying. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet. It is in the center of a great neighborhood away from any main streets. Yet it’s close to local restaurants nearby. If you love to walk this is the perfect neighborhood for that! We are 2 miles away from 47th street that you can enjoy the Farmers market on Saturdays 8-1pm, lots of restaurants and some bars if you like the nightlife! There is also shopping on 47th street too!
