ONLY 5 MIN WALK to town center. Enjoy the comforts of this private residence for the entire family or group of 6. Mt Dora is the gem of Lake County offering weekly festivals and activities, live music, Harris chain of lakes, freshwater springs, biking/hiking. Minutes from Mt Dora Bike Trails.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 den which has been setup as a 3rd bedroom. There is a king bed, 2 twins and 1 full bed which would sleep a maximum of 6 people. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. The house is equipped with everything you would expect in a hotel suite. The house is situated on a large lot with many trees and plants. Please note that Mt. Dora sometimes experiences very cold weather which can cause foliage to dry up.

Mt Dora is considered the gem of Lake County, Florida. The town has maintained a timeless provincial charm as a result of strict city guidelines for building sizes and commercial investment. This neighborhood is central to everything. The home is less than 1/4 mile from the center of town - close enough for convenience but far enough away for peace, quiet and privacy.
