Ideal year round for two couples - each couple can enjoy a king bed, their own bathroom and television! (HEATED) Private Pool!! Snowbirds love this a beautiful home equipped with all you need and located near the I-10. At nearly 2500 sq feet, this single story home was built in 2001 and boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3-car garage, BBQ and a private HEATED pool. TWO king beds, a queen, and two twin beds.

You will enjoy this beautiful and comfortable, smoke-free home. The open floor plan is GREAT FOR COUPLES traveling together who want to stay together but have room to spread out! This is a single story home with vaulted ceilings. The over-sized corner lot has no two-story homes adjacent, so there is loads of privacy. There is a space for everyone: an inviting living room, a formal dining room, and a large kitchen island overlooking the family gathering room which even has a gas fireplace to curl up to in the evenings! Or maybe you just want to escape to the master retreat! The master suite boasts a television, a jetted tub, separate over-sized shower, his & her sinks, separate “water closet”, and a walk-in closet. Second bedroom also includes a television! This home has everything you need to feel at home including WiFi, cable TV and a printer. You can even pick oranges from your own orange trees!

There are 10 GOLF COURSES WITHIN 10 MILES. Phoenix International Airport is 25min away. Phoenix International Raceway is 11 miles away. The new Cardinals stadium is 10 minutes away. Sedona is 2.5 hours, Grand Canyon 3.5 hours. Los Angeles (Disneyland) and Las Vegas are just 5 hours. Great in Goodyear

Great house in a nice community.The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment. Loved the pool and pool toys. There's a great walking trail nearby also as well as playgrounds. We had great communication with the owners.

Wonderful property

This property was exactly as pictured. Our party was two retired couples and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was perfect and had everything you could want. The pool was wonderful and we swam every day. We would rent this again with no hesitation. Thanks again Nadine.

The owners were attentive to all of our questions. Kitchen was well stock with all items we needed to cook with. House was clean and very well maintained. The pool area was awesome and very relaxing. It was exactly the place we needed to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Thank you!

Superb Goodyear house !

We spent the month of March at this wonderful home in Goodyear! Nadine’s property was fabulous! The house is spotless inside and out and the back patio area and pool are so relaxing. We did pay to have the pool heated which by the way is important as even though the days are very warm in March, the nights cool down considerably, so it was always nice to get into the warm pool water for a dip. The house has all the comforts, kitchen is very well stocked, beds are so comfortable, master suite is very large with a huge walk in closet and very attractive separate shower and tub area. The open kitchen, family room area is great when you have a crowd there as everyone can be entertained while a meal is being prepared. There is a full size washer and dryer and a lovely room that we all used for reading with wonderful lounge chairs. The location is very quiet and private and was so enjoyable to have morning coffee out on the back patio listening to the birds and the quiet waterfall by the pool. The yard is landscaped beautifully with a variety of different cacti. The people in the neighbourhood are very friendly. The close proximity of #10 interstate is great when heading east towards the airport or Scottsdale. There are lots of grocery stores, shopping areas nearby and several restaurants in close proximity. We enjoyed the morning walks along the extensive pathways in the subdivision before our golf games. The Goodyear baseball park that houses the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds is very close by if you are interested in spring training…the other ballparks are very easy to get to as well…the Dodger park at Camelback is not far either. The Goodyear area is very quiet and the scenery is just lovely…we look forward to coming back to stay at Nadine’s house in the future. It was a tremendous holiday and great memories made in her beautiful home!

Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this home for over a month. It was stocked with every item we could possibly need. We cooked full meals in the kitchen daily and were very surprised and pleased with how thorough the kitchen had been equipped. I have stayed in quite a few rentals in Phoenix and area and each has always lacked some piece of kitchen equipment; a grater, a food processor, etcetera but this house truly has everything!! The bedrooms are beautiful. As there was only two of us we only used the master, but the king size bed in that room was very comfortable. The master bath has a fantastic jacuzzi tub that I wished I used more and two sinks which is great for two bathroom hogs! Highlight of this home is definitely the incredibly peaceful and private backyard! The pool is clean and warm and perfect for a swim everyday. Citrus trees, cactus fruit, a waterfall into the pool too! I think we used the pool for at least three hours everyday and even that wasn't enough! All in all, the home is very clean, very spacious, and very comfortable. We can't wait to return and very much appreciate the owners' attention to detail and quick response times to questions. The binder that they provide on the house is very detailed and gave an answer to almost every question I had!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the Wigwam Resort, Litchfield Park and the Goodyear area. We quickly adopted the West Valley as our vacation getaway and now our 'home'. Having a passion for travel and event planning, in 2006 we brought our entire family to Arizona to be a part of our wedding ceremony. (We are glad to share both travel and event planning info with travelers)

What makes this property unique

We searched for the perfect home, in the perfect community for almost ten years before finding this welcoming single story home with a sensible floor-plan. The backyard is a private oasis and we love the beautiful community walking/biking trail within steps from home which are reminiscent of a golf course. Being minutes to the I-10 provides easy access to all golf, shopping and attractions.
