Discover the beauty of Palm Springs from this 2-bedroom single story house/condo. This serene property has been fully refreshed over the past 2 months with tasteful mid-century finishes including vertical wood panel walls that give a warm luxurious vibe. Step inside and feel immediately at home, you may never want to step outside again. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer with ice maker. Updated Nest cooling and heating system, super efficient a/c, you'll be blissfully unaware of the heat outside in the hotter months. Super fast Wi-Fi, smart TV in the living room that has all the necessary apps installed, and a Fire stick enabled TV in the bedroom. Back patio has been refreshed with desert scaping, a fully equipped BBQ that is connected to a gas line. The back patio has an outdoor dining area along with a lounging area.

There are multiple pools, the nearest less than 1 minute walk from the back patio, a jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis & pickle ball courts. The community is known for all the wonderful colors of the flowers in the gardens, contrasting well with timeless desert scaping. At night the lighting is magical on the hundreds of palm trees, sit outside and watch the desert stars. Make your time in PS one for the books with a stay at our place.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather towels & leave in bathtub. Place all trash in bin located behind gate at entrance to parking area 11. Recycling is also found there.
Turn off HVAC please, close blinds & curtains, bring patio shade back in.
Close all windows, lock all doors, leave jacuzzi/dryer key on bench. Lock front door as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved the property from the minute we walked in the door! It was decorated in such a way as if to say welcome home. Clean and comfortable with a great outdoor space, a private patio with a retractable awning so we could use it all day long. The linens and towels were in good repair, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook (when we wanted to lol). Tremayne was a pleasure to work with, timely responses to any questions we had. The condo is perfectly located, close to golf courses, grocery stores, the CV trail and the hiking trail systems.

Fantastic month in the desert

I’m transitioning into retirement and can work remotely and as I figure out this next phase in life, I took a leap and rented Tremaynes condo for March. It was one of the best self care decisions I’ve ever made. The communication with Tremayne was fast and thorough. The condo itself was FULLY equipped with everything one could ask for. It truly was a second home. The location was perfect. We were able to play at a tennis court anytime we wanted. The other residents were extremely friendly and I did not want to leave. Thank you for a great month!
