Welcome to paradise! This completely renovated costal 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1159 sqft home is centrally located for all your needs! 18 minutes from siesta key, 5 minute drive to nokomis beach, 10 mins to Casey Key. A quick walk to the legacy trail (2 bicycle will be provided) and nearby Laurel Park, easy access to the highway and main roads, lots of restaurants, shopping plazas under a mile away. We know you’ll absolutely enjoy your stay with us!

Trash pickup is every Tuesday morning around 5am. Please place the trash bins about 6 feet from the mail box on the grass please
Please do not Park over the drain field. You may park 2 cars close to the pine trees near the front of the house.

We completely enjoyed our stay in Nokomis, this house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent for a short drive or an affordable uber ride to local beaches, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend it.

Comfortable newly renovated

Well appointed house (coffee maker and espresso machine), clean and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We had an enjoyable stay. This house met all our basic needs (good beds, nice showers, nice kitchen) and we found it to be comfortable for five of us staying there. It is located on a busy street but has off street parking and we did not find the road noise to be bothersome. You can tell the owners care about the property and thought through how to make guests feel comfortable.We would definitely stay here again.

Had the pleasure of hosting this group at our place. They were very nice and responsive. I was also very impressed at how clean they left the property upon leaving. I would definitely host them again.

I'm brazilian and my wife is hungarian. We enjoy spending time with our 1 year-old old baby. We used to travel frequently and always though about having our own airbnb/vrbo property someday and here we are. We put alot of work into this home with our own hands (complete remodel) and we love it.

Why they chose this property

I have bikes in the garage that you may use. We enjoy riding it to nokomis beach and watching the sunset with the drum circle on Saturdays. You can also ride on the legacy trail going south to see the ocean. Laurel Park also has tennis courts, basket ball courts, gym and indoor basket ball in the common area, playgrounds and a walking trail.

What makes this property unique

Remodeled kitchen with all high-end appliances and cabinets. Completely remodeled bathrooms with a coastal elegant theme. Pool table/ ping pong table in the garage. Location is very close to the beach, lauel park and 2 houses from the legacy trail.
