Another great stay

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here and once again, it did not disappoint. Pool area is amazing, unit was clean and well stocked, and the location of the complex is perfect for our needs. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and quick car trips to anything else you might like.

Wonderful Arizona vacation home

We spent 5 weeks in this very clean, very comfortable condo in a quiet, secure, well-maintained community. Incredibly convenient location, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Unit was very well equipped and well supplied with all necessities, even lots of laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. Beds and sofas very comfortable, nice bathrooms and kitchen. Owners were very responsive and a delight to work with. Would highly recommend.

Good location, guiet property, near to pool. 2 nd bath has dripping shower head and faucet. Dryer overheats was reported to owner.

Great place, great location

We absolutely loved this place and we are excited to come back next year. It was the perfect size for me and my husband and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom were really nice to have for when our daughter made a quick weekend visit. It was clean and well stocked with everything we need in the kitchen and even had a nice spice selection. Close enough to the pool area that we could see it from the balcony, but couldn’t hear any noise. Pool area was exceptional with 2 pools (heated when they need to be) and a jacuzzi that we put to use every day. The community even has a gym and media room which came in handy when we needed to print some things. The community is very well located with restaurant and shopping within walking distance and anything else you might want to do a short drive. Deran ( the owner) was very helpful when we had an issue with a chirping fire alarm and came out to replace it. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great location

This condo is in a great location. Just a short walk to Kierland Commons. The condo is well stocked, especially with cleaning and laundry products. It may be time for some updates on furniture, etc. But still a great stay!

Wonderful location

We loved being in the Kierland area, within walking distance to the Westin, Scottsdale Quarter and downtown Kierland with many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, and what has nothing to do with Deran, the "Virus" reared it's ugly head and we all had to stay in place. We longed to enjoy the beautiful pool area, but through necessity, it had to be closed. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It is located near the pool, away from street noises. Our only complaint is that there were so many decorative pillows, we didn't know where to put them. Both bedrooms and the living room were filled with them.. It made a great visual but where do they go???

Great location!

This unit is perfectly located. Within 15 minutes walk from tons of restaurant and shopping. Grocery, Costco just a short drive. You are in the heart of Scottsdale near everything! The condo is just beside the pool so it's very convenient. You can bring your stuff for a poolside BBQ, it's quick and simple. The unit itself was very clean and had everything you need. Nice and cozy balcony. Owners were accessible and answered our questions. Nothing negative to say except may be some ventilation noise on the roof in the master bedroom. But other than that it was perfect!

Nice condo, great location, loved having the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms like 2 master suites.

Bathtub/shower faucet needs replacing and we felt there should have been more towels and paper goods as we had to go buy them as ran out of both Kleenex and toilet paper. Could have been cleaner but I am a clean freak.

The condo met all our needs. It is a great location - close to shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk to Kierland Commons. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Condo and Complex!

This is a clean, comfortable and nicely appointed condo. We enjoyed our stay very much! The complex is quiet and has a very nice pool and fitness area. This unit is within close walking distance to the pool. We would highly recommend this unit.

Very nice property in a great location

We stayed for a total of 11 nights. We actually booked for 10 nights but had to add another due night to an impending hurricane in SC. The owner, Deran could not have been nicer or more responsive to this request. The condo is very close to the pool and fitness center and is well maintained.

Deran, the owner was very easy to work with and has the property set up very well. All of the things you need are included. His directions and instructions are second to none. The property is well kept as is the entire grounds and community. Location is excellent.
