Ótima localização e amenidades principalmente para quem tem.crianças. O apt eh super bem cuidado e o Sr. Luiz sempre foi bastante acessivel e ainda nos ajudou muito com uma soliccitação de última hora. Já recomendei e ficaria de novo. Foi ótimo.

Sr Luiz Carlos foi muito atencioso e gentil desde o primeiro contato. O flat é fiel ao anúncio, tv com vários canais, chuveiro excelente, geladeira potente , piscina excelente . Ao redor do prédio tem várias áreas maravilhosas para caminhar ou correr aparentemente bem seguras , tem guarita com seguranças em cada esquina. As ruas de acesso a praia são fáceis de chegar . Ainda bem que não tem máquina de lavar e airfryer , senão eu não ia querer vim embora rsrs. Vale deixar um aviso que o box do banheiro é bem pequeno para uma pessoa gorda seria complicado.

Ótimas acomodações! O local é limpo e confortável e tem tudo por perto, mercado, transporte e opções gratuitas para se deslocar até os shoppings próximos. Além de tudo isso o proprietário foi sempre super gentil e esteve a disposição para me deixar ainda melhor alocado.
