Lake chic condo 2 bed 2 bath bottom floor unit. Master bedroom has king bed, huge double sink, with jetted Tub, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed for the kids. Sleeper sofa in living room for added guests. Full size washer and dryer. Only a few steps away from the 12 X 28 boat slip. The best sunset views at the lake from the deck. And only a few blocks from restaurants, Night clubs, Andy's frozen custard, boat rentals, Movie Theater, Go cart tracks, and the Outlet mall.

Family trip!

Perfect Location

This was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was close to shopping, dining, wineries and the view from the deck is spectacular! It is the best spot to watch the sunset and the boats go by.

Everyone needs to know the many stairs u have to go down to get to condo as many may not be able to. Had a friend with bad knees & struggled every time. Should post on site

Omg the condo was clean and so comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. Loved the views off the deck. I wish we ohad booked for longer. Fishing close by with pool and neighbors were great. Only thing missing was bbq grill. Course I understand not everyone would be careful. The owner was easy and very responsive to emails.

Shootout week

Great stay for the shootout. Steps are hell when carrying coolers from truck, to condo, to boat. There is no grill on property as they are being outlawed in March of 2025 in multifamily buildings.

The cutest little condo!

This place is even cuter in person than it is in the listing! The windows are big and it’s open where it lets so much light in and views of the lake. You are right on the water and you can hear the waves at night! It’s got a fun little ring game on the porch and outdoor lights. It’s got everything you need as far as appliances in the kitchen and it was decorated so cute. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay! We would definitely come back. Another plus, the host was QUICK at getting back with me with answers to all my questions and was very kind!

Awesome view & location!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is the best location! The condo is right off the main road, about 2 minutes away from the outlet mall. We didn't have to drive much to get anywhere, so we were able to spend more time in the lake and pool.The view is amazing! This lower level end condo has the best views. Great view and great location, what else could you ask for. We just loved the sunsets! Since it's an end condo it has an extra window on the side that other units don't have. We had a view from the master bedroom and livingroom (like most condos do), and we also had a great view from the kitchen and dining room area. Since it's a corner condo it also has a great breeze when you are out relaxing and watching the boats go by. It does have a some steps but it's soooo worth it! We just loved it!

The best

The property was beautiful, the inside was awesome. Sometimes when staying in people’s rental properties, you’ll have to bring more toilet paper or trash bags or other household necessities. Not here. He had everything set up, kitchen gadgets if needed along with anything you might need if you decide to cook meals at the condo. We had accidentally locked our keys in the car and it was pouring rain. He was very understanding and let us wait inside (it had gone past our checkout time) until the locksmith arrived. He answered all our questions and was quick to respond when we texted or called him. We highly recommend and plan on staying again in the future.

I am always just a few minutes away if you were ever to need anything. Also know my way around the lake either by water or by land to help you find those great fun locations.

Why they chose this property

New hardwood floors! Being a lower end unit we get to experience the sound of the water agaist the shore and the beautiful sunsets on the water out the side window and deck of the unit. Only a few step to the 12x28 boat slip that is availble. There is also a wonderful pool and club house beween this building and bulding 4, so only a few steps away.
