We are so excited to have you! Below is more information about our condo:

- 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths
- Sleeps up to 8 guests (1 King, 2 Double beds, 1 pull out couch)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining area seats 6 and there are 4 additional seats at the bar
- An outdoor patio and a screened in porch facing the pond & pool
- Wi-fi & Cable is provided to all guests
-Washer & Dryer

The Master bedroom features a King size bed, attached full bathroom, Roku Smart TV, dresser & a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 full size beds, dresser, closet & a full bathroom right outside. --- Linens & bath towels are provided!!!!

Enjoy cooking at ease with our fully equipped kitchen: non-stick pots & pans, cutlery & utensil set, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and an abundance of plates, silverware & glassware.

Bar seating for 4 separates the open floor plan between the kitchen and dining room, which seats 6 guests.

The sleeper sectional found in the living room, pulls out into a full-size bed.

Right off the living room is a spacious screened in porch & separate outdoor patio!

**No smoking or pets allowed.

Guest Access:
Guests are provided with all linens, wi-fi, cable, 2 free parking spots, and access to the pool.

The complex has quiet hours from 11:00pm - 8:00am daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors!

Our stay was amazing! Great place would recommend 100%!! The patio was our favorite spot. Very cozy especially after a long day at the beach. The private pool was also very nice and relaxing. Lots of places around to shop and eat at. Overall amazing stay!

My family came down from Pennsylvania for a 4-day, 3-night stay and we had a great experience. My daughters especially loved the pool—perfect for when the waves at the beach were a bit too rough. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The outlets, grocery stores, and even a Wawa were close by, which made us feel right at home. Alex, the owner, was accessible the entire time and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at The Palms. We visited for a travel baseball tournament. This unit blew me away. The complex is quiet, not over run, safe for our child to run over to another unit with his friends. The unit itself is gorgeous. The decor, the artwork, the coral accents, it’s beautiful. My son came in and said, this feels like home”. And I couldn’t agree more. I could live here. Spacious, primary bedroom so comfy, take it from a realtor, you won’t be disappointed

Family Stay for a Sports Tournament

We’ve stayed at The Palms for the past few years and absolutely love it! It’s a quiet, family-friendly community with all the units overlooking the beautiful pool—such a perfect setup for relaxing and spending quality time together.This particular unit on the third floor was ideal for our family. It features both an enclosed porch and an outdoor area. I especially loved the cozy couch on the enclosed porch—it was the perfect spot to unwind.The space worked out perfectly: a king bed in the master, two full-size beds, and a pull-out couch that was surprisingly easy to use and comfortable.The hosts were wonderful—kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Condo in a Convenient Location

I cannot say enough about the amazing location, cleanliness, comfort and hospitality of the host (Alex) in this wonderful condo! We booked the condo initially to enjoy a nice Father's Day weekend my extending our time down in DE for my son's baseball tournament nearby. Other commitments came up, so we did not get to enjoy the beach and area as much as we may have liked to, but the condo was the one highlights of an otherwise hectic trip.Check-in was smooth and easy- Alex sent instructions prior to check-in and then followed up to ensure we did not have any issues. Upon walking in, the condo was impeccably clean, nicely laid out and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the linens provided were all of high quality. Having the washer and dryer was awesome for washing uniforms between games. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor patio areas offered a beautiful view of the pool area, which looked so pretty lit up at night. My boys got to swim in the pool , but it was unseasonably cold and overcast for June, so that was short-lived. While we didn't get to make it to the beach as planned, we didn't feel like we missed out on much. The location was perfect, with so much shopping, great restaurants and a waterparks, arcades, and golfing nearby. The best part of our stay was Alex- he is by far the best host I have ever experienced and kept one crazed mom sane! Thank you Alex, we hope to visit again!
