This home was very comfortable and extremely clean. All the appliances were top of the line and everything worked as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and gave us the ability to unwind while we were finishing the purchase of a new home and moving stuff in and out for over 2 months.
Thanks Grandma!!

Awesome home, host, & location! I couldn’t have designed a better experience for my 3 month stay.
Everything about my 3 month stay at Holly’s home was outstanding! From booking my stay through my recent departure Holly was great to work with—pleasant, responsive, available and sincerely helpful. Her home is a delight—clean, bright, and cheerful and it has every item you could possibly need while making her home yours! The Pima Hollow location is awesome—close to everything Tucson has to offer in the arts and outdoors, shopping and dining and yet the quiet neighborhood makes one think you’re miles away from the city. Thank you, Holly, for making me feel so at home in your home and for creating such a special tranquil home for visitors!

Charlene,
Your review is humbling. I can only say thank you for loving my home like I do. You are a 5-star guest!!
We were moving back to Tucson and needed a place to stay while we were house hunting. This house was so clean. It has everything you would need to live and relax. Hidden in a very convenient location. The yard isn't big but it was nice that the Kids(dogs) could have their own space. Beautiful views! I loved sitting out on the swing in the mornings and evenings. Holly was an amazing Hostess! She was quick to respond if there were any questions or issues. So pleasant to talk with. Thank you Holly for sharing your home with us!!

Beyond Expectations.
We have stayed in many VRBO accommodations but never one that was up to the standard of this unit in the Oro valley. The owner provided us with a detailed guide as to access and all worked as described. The home was clean with large bed rooms, well appointed bath rooms and more kitchen utensils than we have at home. The area is quiet and it is easy to access any compass point your Tucson travels may take you. There was an easy to follow guide to the TV operation so I did not have to phone my grandson to explain things We hope to return soon as we are now trapped in a Canadian winter.

Frank,
It was my pleasure to host you. As I have told others, this was my home, not a business. I am glad you enjoyed it as much as I did. Come back any time !!!
We came back because the location is very convenient, the owner responsive and the property well cared for. Looking forward to next time.

This home is perfect in every way!
This home was absolutely perfect for us...my husband & me, our 23 year old son and 2 dogs. We stayed here from Sept. 30 - Oct. 20 while waiting to get into a new home. Holly has everything you need - cozy sheets, comfortable beds, thick towels and things around the house meticulously labeled. The location provides very easy access to main roads, shopping, restaurants, mountains, etc. The community is very private and quiet, dog friendly and the house has a 2 car garage. You can walk out the front door and take as long a walk as you would like with a great mountain view. Holly responds right away if you need to contact her. She was very gracious about letting us extend our stay when we could not get into our house as planned. I am so happy that we found this house! You will not go wrong with this rental!

Grandma's recipe for successful renting
Comfortable beds, nice shower, well-equipped kitchen in a quiet but convenient location. Add in a responsive owner and a garage to get out of the sun. We hope to be back.

Perfect Vacation House
This little gem is located very near all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores, shops and even a Dairy Queen, but the feel of the house is isolated from the busy roads. I breakfasted every morning with a pair of doves. The house itself is very well stocked. Good internet. A cozy feel loaded with antiques.
The house is older and needs just a little work, but nothing that would interfere with a lovely stay. Holly was prompt about replacing the garage door remote. I would recommend this place and Holly to friends and family

Home away from home.
Close to U of A campus, shopping malls, great restaurants and even a dog walking trail near by.
About the host
Hosted by Holly Berryhill
Holly grew up in Iowa but moved to Arizona with her family where she attended high school. After earning her bachelor's degree, Holly worked with the Foreign Service in embassies overseas. She lost her sanity working for the federal government and was drawn back the mountains and wide open spaces of Arizona. Recently Holly moved to Tucson and began exploring all the options, possibilities and events in the Old Pueblo.
Why they chose this property
I am content with a humble home and enjoy this quiet little neighborhood with it's mountain view and feel of privacy. The HOA takes care of the pool and jacuzzi while I get to use them. However, the complete solar power system clinched the deal because I am a passive environmentalist at heart.
What makes this property unique
It is wonderful to feel quiet, cozy and secure in a home while being located so close to the action and everything that I like or need. I feel protected by the surrounding trees and vegetation and distanced from the daily rat race while the mountains provide peace in my heart. This house is my cocoon - my home.
