Welcome to newly renovated *The Bird House*, a charming lakefront retreat on the shores of Douglas Lake in Dandridge, TN. This serene 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 6 and boasts an open-concept living area, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy cozy evenings by the gas log fireplace or take in the peaceful surroundings from the wooded, level lot which is a park like setting.
Outdoors, the fun continues with a private dock with the tiny house next door featuring a sliding board for lake adventures, a relaxing hot tub, and a firepit for starlit nights. The screened-in boathouse is fully equipped with power, a refrigerator, a dining area, and a big-screen TV for lakeside entertainment. Fire up the charcoal grill located at the boathouse for a memorable lakeside barbecue. This area and amenities are shared with the tiny house next door
*The Bird House* is conveniently located with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg. Paved, level roads lead you to this perfect lake escape, without the steep mountain drives. Bring your own boat or contact us to arrange a rental and make your stay on Douglas Lake unforgettable!
Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled reservoir, and we encourage you to check the lake levels for your estimated dates of travel before planning your trip. We can not guarantee the lake levels. During the summer months, it is typically at full pool.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement, a point of contact form and set up a required security deposit just making your reservation. This is required to stay with us.
