Poor management

We loved the home. It’s perfect for two couples. We cooked every night and were very pleased with the kitchen. Very thoughtful appointments and decorations throughout. However the management company was abhorrent. It took 17 hours to get a response to our request of a 30 minute early checkin. The outdoor areas were not swept/blown and when we asked if that could be done, they said tomorrow. When nobody showed up the next day, we were told that it had already been done, we should expect leaves to fall, and have a nice day. When the hot tub went cloudy after the first day, they didn’t even bother to respond, let alone address the issue. I will never again stay in a property managed by a faceless corporation. They have no apparent interest in taking care of the property nor the guests. I have several rental properties of my own and would fire these guys in an instant. I feel badly for the owners.

We love to stay at this property. It was very cutely decorated. We spent most of the time on the deck and the spa. We love the view of the trees.I wish the window in the Kitchen was bigger so you could see more of the view while you’re doing dishes. The rooms were appointed and comfortable. The beds were great and the sheets. We love the proximity to Healdsburg. It was easy to come back-and-forth if we needed to.Definitely a plus to have two ensuite bedrooms. We also enjoyed the fire pit on the deck at night as well as coffee in the morning. We thought the price was a little bit steep, but overall our experience was great.

So glad the home made for such a lovely stay — sounds like the deck, spa, fire pit, and morning coffee with those tree views all came together beautifully! The proximity to Healdsburg really is such a perk, too. Appreciate the honest note on pricing as well — we'll be sure to pass that feedback along. Hope to welcome you back anytime!
