Short trip with kids

We’ve stayed at this complex, in different condos, a few times and love the location. So convenient to restaurants and shopping, or anything you would want to do. One thing I didn’t realize until we got there was that bath towels and washcloths are not provided. We went to the nearby dollar store and bought some.

By bringing their own towels our guests save over $100 each time they visit. The confirmation, both VRBO and our confirmation, plainly say to bring your own towels.

It was our understanding that the property had Wi-Fi however no Wi-Fi signal, our phones wouldn't even work. We had to go outside to balcony and stick our heads out to use the phone or no service. I'm assuming due to all of the concrete as those buildings are built that way. Another disappointment was all the stairs you have to take and the doors everywhere! Like an Asylum! No parking pass was left in room like we were told, and door was left unlocked and no key under mat, but keys all over the dining table inside when we got there, we thought someone else had checked in. Also, the room was next to the pool with screaming kids everywhere and you could see through the thin shears in the unit. Not our cup of tea. I guess if I was younger and liked to party, I wouldn't care. LOL The good thing is the owner Mr. Taylor did give me a full refund, and I appreciate that.

Will Rogers said “MOST FOLKS FIND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR”. WiFi and phone instructions are on the refrigerator! TWO elevators located on the property one on the north end and another on the south end. Parking pass was on the table in plain view. The key was under the doormat. The gentleman was so angry when he called me that he didn’t give me the opportunity to explain anything. He wanted a refund and if anyone is not satisfied with our condos we always give a refund. We have been renting condos in this complex for over 35 years. We try extremely hard to satisfy but some people you cannot satisfy but we ALWAYS TRY 100%.
