Private Yet Convenient Ski in/Ski out Chalet

Welcome to our family , two bedroom, one bath, ski cabin, provides a family friendly chalet experience, located in the original cabin colony of beautiful Silver Star Mountain. The perfect ski in and ski out location, will have you steps from the village and the two car parking gives you the ultimate convenience.

Kick off your boots and curl up inside the cozy cabin, or unwind in the private hot tub after a great day on the hill.

A perfect cabin experience isn't complete without all the advantages of home. From 2 TV'S, satellite, DVD players to high speed internet and an iPod station, and also remember Silver Star has some of the best mountain biking around , bewolf which is a 30 km ride with old growth ceders and is an amazing ride, but make sure you are ready for a hard ride out , which is well worth it. The gondola is running which means you can head to the top and hike around and down or ride gondola down. Cheers

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Pretty much everything you need is available, kitchen tools, bbq tools, towels linens etc. We had a great time and would book again anytime. Thank you!

We stayed at the chalet for seven nights over New Year and absolutely loved it. The hot tub nestled under the pines was incredible after a day on the slopes. The chalet was warm, extremely comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Guy was a fabulous host — super helpful and an excellent communicator throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

This was a cozy authentic ski cabin that our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed for 4 nights. It was an easy walk to the village. We loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We would love to return!

Little slice of mountain history!

Enjoyed our stay with our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 middle school age kids) in this little piece of Silver Star history in the original Cabin Colony. Super host, easy parking, comfy beds and living room seating, and a superb location with an easy, short, flat walk to the village and to ski. Hot tub ambiance on the deck was pristine and the many board games available in the cabin made for fun family nights. If you are looking for a true cabin in the heart of Silver Star, then this is your place!

Great spring ski weekend

Cozy ski chalet experience full of character and comfort. Location was excellent, super close to the village with easy access for apres-ski or dinner out. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, including espresso maker and spices. Beds were super comfortable with soft flannel sheets. The icing on the cake is the host Guy, he was incredibly resoonsive and helpful. A great property and experience.

Friends Reunion

We are four senior women long time friends -3 since 80’s and one who should have been! We had such fun! The chalet was perfect for the four of us … would be great for a family with a couple of young kids… just not as much privacy as two couples wanting a romantic time might hope for. I gave 3 stars on one account only because the chalet was advertised with a hot tub but we actually paid extra for it.I would definitely stay again.

Super cozy Cabin right near the village

We absolutely loved Guy and Sue's cabin! So homely, beds super comfortable and love the reclining comfy chairs next to the fire. Very private feel even though you are close to other properties, it's surrounded by mature trees. The hot tub was perfect, right on the deck. Thank-you, we will be back!

Peaceful hideaway

We really enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed. The location is minutes from the village but feels so private hidden up in the trees. The hot tub was a huge bonus after long days biking. The cabin is equipped with everything you would ever need for your stay. Hopefully we’ll be back another time!!

Great spring skiing accommodation

This cabin has everything. Loved the espresso machine, gas fire, boot dryer and hot tub. Great location; right between the lifts and tube park and skating pond. Short walk to the village. Lots of games and videos, Xbox.

Cozy Cabin!

We had a great time at Guy and Susan’s cabin! Tucked away at the top of the mountains nestled in the trees, this was the perfect place to end a day of sightseeing and beach going! It was fully equipped with everything you needed, beds were extremely comfortable, hot tub was a hit with the teens and adults alike, and the hosts were so great at answering any questions we had! We will definitely be back.
