Beachside 3bedroom home plus studio & a big swim spa in awesome New Smyrna Beach
Welcome to Beachside! Brew your morning coffee and walk to the end of the block to see turtles, dolphins and pelicans along with the sunrise. We are few blocks away from a charming downtown with shopping and bustling nightlife. There are great restaurants within walking distance and if you choose to rent our golf cart, your choices double. Our town is an old surfing mecca with drivable beach. Our home is private due to its layout and separate studio. Outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill. Parking Max 4 cars in our driveway. Due to beach traffic, street parking is often ticketed. Please remember that our pool maintenance happens around lunch hour most days of the week for your safety.
If you’re traveling with your pet, PLEASE don’t allow them on our sofas or beds and remember to pick up after them in the yard. Even though we do love all fur babies, we’ve had to address these issues in the past.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and put them into our laundry room. Leave used bed linens on the bedroom floor.
Empty all trash out of the house, especially from the kitchen. Trash bins are out by the garage in the back yard. Mon & Thurs pick up dates.
Please leave all the fans on in the house.

I’m originally from the Arctic Circle in Finland and my husband grew up in Michigan. We’ve hosted guests in Michigan and Finland along with our second home in Florida. We’re excited to give our guests a unique beach experience and happy to answer any questions they might have regarding their stay at New Smyrna Beach.
Why they chose this property
We love this beachside neighborhood of New Smyrna, because we are able to access the beach either by our golf cart, bikes or walking via beach entry post at the end of next block south of us. No busy roads to cross. There are turtles that nest on our block. The vibe is very relaxed.
What makes this property unique
Our home is designed to give people some privacy while still being open and inviting. We have a large living-room and separate reading area. Next to the kitchen is a dining table and outside is a dining area as well.
By the swim spa/pool outside is a space to relax by our gas fire pit. The large swim spa has 3 power jets to create currents to swim against and 1 regular hot tub end with bubbles. It can be heated up to 102 degrees just like a regular hot tub.
