Family owned and completely remodelled and updated, this luxurious villa is our favourite place to relax.

Located on Medano Beach (the primary swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas) and within walking distance of town, Villa La Estancia is a an award-winning resort known for its unparalleled service, sophisticated style, and tranquil setting. All the best features and amenities without the in-your-face music and craziness like so many Cabo resorts.

The villa has two bedrooms: a master with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. The second bedroom is fully separated with a key-entry door for added privacy. The Master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have huge closets, flat screen TVs, telephone, secure safes, and patio access.

The private patio spans the width of the whole unit and includes lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, and barbecue grill. Enjoy a cocktail while taking in the late afternoon sun in comfort.

The villa has a large, open living area, with couch (with pull-out bed), lounge chairs and a 55" Smart TV offering all the apps you need to stream movies, shows, sports. The adjacent dining area features a large table and chairs for meals and entertainment, as well as a kitchen peninsula with barstools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including double sink with garburator, new stainless dishwasher, stainless oven with glass top range and new stainless microwave, coffee machine, side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer, and large pantry. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glassware, cutlery, cookware etc.

Cleaning service is included with booking, which includes fresh linens, towels and amenities.

We have our own router in the villa to make sure guests have fast internet. Free high-speed Internet access is also available in the Villa and around the pool.

The resort amenities at Villa la Estancia are first class, and for the exclusive use of VLE guests. The pools feature fountains and a swim-up bar and there are five ocean-view hot tubs. The poolside restaurant offers excellent breakfasts and lunches, as well as drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Beach towel service is provided free of charge.

Exercise in the fully equipped and updated fitness centre which is about 25 steps from our patio, or relax at the Spa which features a Jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna. You also have access to the Desert Spa, located in front neighbouring Villa Del Arco. An award winning 31,000 Sq. Ft. spa - the largest in Cabo!

If you have a car, parking is free.

The 3 restaurants at the resort offer everything from poolside lunches to fine dining. Room service is always available so if you don't want to venture out of your Villa, we won't judge.

The concierge at VLE is available 24/7 and and very helpful. They can help arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and give expert advice on the activities in the area. We also have a private property manager, Maggie, who is available to take care of all the details from check-in to check-out.

The Villa La Estancia Village Mall offers a market, pharmacy, gift shop, ice cream shop, and great deli/bakery. It's just a 2 minute walk from the villa and great for grabbing anything you need throughout your stay.

All Villa La Estancia guests also have privileges at the neighbouring properties; Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco which offer several excellent restaurants, full service Spa, along with 'Kids in Paradise' children's program.

Cabo is easily accessible by air through most of the major air carriers (airport code SJD). Villa la Estancia is a 30-45 minute drive from the airport, so you can fly in the morning and spend the afternoon in the sun.
