Welcome to Cozy Channelside, a fully-renovated, completely private three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath waterfront retreat! Your home-away-from-home is centrally located: a short drive gets you to Boca Grande, Charlotte Beach Park, Don Pedro Island, or Fishermen's Village. Or enjoy a day of fishing from the dock, relaxing in the hammock, grilling in the large, fenced-in backyard, or taking a dip in the hot tub which you can enjoy rain or shine! This home has several board games and multiple smart TVs in case you want to spend a cozy, quiet night indoors. This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, so guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation! Catch an MLB Spring Training game, hike Myakka State Forest (5 min. away), Sandy Beach Myakka Park (7 min. away), or Manasota Key Beach (30 min. away).
