Why they chose this property

Brooklyn is a centrally located working class neighborhood close to downtown Portland. I am close to the freeway to get to the beach or the mountain (1.5 hours each in opposing directions). I am a four-minute bike ride to the entrance of the Springwater Corridor Trail. There are great parks, restaurants, antiques, and more all nearby!

What makes this property unique

My house is obviously well-loved and cared for. I have lived here for 22 years and over that time I have invested money into preserving and restoring the original beauty of this 1913 Old Portland Craftsman.
