This three bedroom two and a half bathroom single family home is located at the mouth of Marblehead Harbor with ocean and lighthouse views that must be seen to be appreciated.

The home is equipped with two decks overlooking the ocean, and a sun porch. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's, while one contains a king size bed and futon, a queen in bedroom 2, and two full beds in bedroom 3 for a total of 5 sleeping spaces.

The neck, where this gorgeous home is located, is Marblehead's most coveted area surrounded by water and a quintessential New England lighthouse.

There is a spacious open layout and a dining room, which seats 10. Most rooms have ocean views! Queen bed in bedroom 1, King bed and futon in bedroom 2, two full beds in the bedroom 3. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. Large living room with two couches and TV over fireplace (non working fireplace). Breakfast nook in kitchen. Incredible place to live or work from home. We had a wonderful stay! The views are amazing! Large dining room to accommodate a big group and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The front room had spectacular views but the furniture in that room was very uncomfortable. Overall a great place!

We stayed in the property for one night, so we were in and out. The house is older, but everything works great and it was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the back year/deck is simply amazing. The ocean, the lighthouse, the boats are just beautiful and is worth every bit of what we paid. I didn’t have a need to communicate with the host but all check in and check out directions were sufficient.

We used this lovely home as our hub to explore nearby Salem and really enjoyed the house!We were 3 couples, and had plenty of space to spread out and spend time together. The scenery here just simply can't be beat, and we all wished we could have stayed longer to appreciate the island and the home more.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views and a wonderful park in the back yard. Every night we watched the sun set from the back porches, the kids had a great time exploring the park, and everything was clean and comfortable. Just a lovely place to stay.

An Absolutely Magical Stay in Marblehead!This house was truly something special. Tucked inside a beautiful park in Marblehead with a lighthouse practically in the backyard, the location could not have been more perfect. The views across the water were absolutely spectacular, and there was always something that made us stop and appreciate where we were.At sunset, we could hear the cannons from the yacht clubs across the harbor. We heard the church bells ringing on the hour, watched boats out on the water, and were even treated to some incredible fireworks shows across the bay. It felt like the quintessential New England experience.The house itself is charming, cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring, but honestly, some of our favorite moments were simply staying put and enjoying the incredible surroundings.Marblehead is such a beautiful town, and the house is also an easy drive to Boston, making it a wonderful home base for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and tucked away from the city.This is one of those places that stays with you after you leave. We absolutely loved our time here and cannot wait to return!

Great Getaway

My group with 4 adults and 2 teens was very comfortable in this home. It is in an upscale neighborhood, There is a park directly behind the property and the view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was fantastic! The living space is big and includes a table that can easily accommodate 10 people. The large glass enclosed porch with separate heating and cooling looks out on a lovely lighthouse park with a view across Marblehead Harbor to Marblehead township. There is also an upstairs outside deck off the main bedroom. Strolling the Marblehead Neck was pure pleasure - including the central wildlife refuge. The views are stunningly beautiful. Three nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. A well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain local family members. The home was spotless. The host was quick to respond and provided all the information we needed for an easy and smooth arrival and departure. Will look forward to returning with our children and grandchildren. Wonderful spot. Can not recommend more highly.

A few fantastic days in New England

Wow, what a wonderful way to experience Marblehead. Very convenient to Salem also. Property was incredible inside and out. Immaculate and spacious and filled with terrific views. We enjoyed the coastal lighthouse park, which was our backyard, every day. Wonderful and unique property.

Lovely seaside getaway

I rented this house for my sisters and I to get ready for my sister’s wedding. The covered porch was a great breakfast spot. We had plenty of room for everyone to get ready and the location made for some wonderful “getting ready” pictures. There was a little hiccup with the owner’s not telling the property manager about staying the night and a bed was not made/trash left in the kitchen, but Jay was quick to respond and make it right. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights in a vacation house that had adequate beds and roooms for the 6 of us. The house was located in a wonderful location. We found the nightly rate reasonable but the total cost was inflated by the cost of housekeeping (higher than for other properties in the same area). Though the interiors were clean, bags of trash from previous occupants greeted us as we climb the stairs to the front entrance. The host management apologized that they missed trash collection. Typically, providing a second or third trash can with lid would have prevented the bags or trash from spilling out of bags and smelling up the entryway. Trash can planning and trash management were problems that can be easily fixed. These were not addressed while we were in residence. Except for the one trash can in the kitchen with a plastic liner, the two trash cans in the toilets has no plastic liners. We were each provided with one bath towel and one hand towel. We did not have a change of towels like hotels would have provided.

Could be the best location on the North Shore!

I’ll start with the most amazing piece of this property, it’s the location and the view from the back of the house. When you see the pictures in the listing, and you see the ocean and the lighthouse, that is exactly your view from any window on the back of this house. Absolutely stunning view to have! The house was exactly as listed. It was bright, clean, and spacious for the seven of us that stayed there. Jay, the owner, was a great communicator and very accommodating of any question we had prior to our stay. The check-in process was super simple. If you are looking for a property to stay in anywhere along the coast North of Boston, this should be on the top of your list. We absolutely hope to get back to this house at least one more time this year, and we hope to make this a regular place for a long weekend visit. Thank you!

We spent one night at Jay's home and it could not have been nicer. The neighborhood itself is billed as an exclusive community and it definitely is. Stunning homes, including this one, and very quiet. Jay was quick to reply to a couple of questions prior to arriving. The house is older but in great shape with lots of room to spread out. Very comfortable and we found anything we needed during our stay. It was immaculately clean, the beds were wonderfully cozy, and the views were spectacular. Imagine having what feels like your own lighthouse just beyond your back porch. Sitting on that porch, drinking coffee, admiring the lighthouse and the many boats in the harbor was a wonderful way to start our day. We hope to return and wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property!

Amazing location. Right on the harbor with great views of boats and the lighthouse. The beds were comfortable. The living room could benefit from better lighting. The back porch would have been the place to spend most of your time but there was not comfortable seating out there. Not much is walkable from the house, trips into downtown Marblehead require a short drive.
