This picture perfect Townhome is set on 17.5 acres on beautiful Oyster Pond in the heart of Chatham, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Fresh and new, the Townhome also includes access to a swimming pool and tennis courts.

Townhome 31 features a well-appointed master bedroom with king bed. Second bedroom has 2 full beds. An amazing loft has an additional two twin beds, plus a beautiful den has a Queen Sleeper sofa. Ideal for two or four people, and can accommodate up to eight people when using lofts. Also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and water views. Beautifully decorated with charming interior decor.

Each has picturesque views of Oyster Pond and plenty of open space. Townhome 31 may be rented with Townhome 32 for approximately 4,250 SF of living area (contact Owner for more details).

Oyster Pond Condominium Complex includes free tennis court, swimming pool, shuffle board, acres of lawn for kite flying, playing catch, and family fun. Wide range of excellent nearby restaurants from super casual on up. Restaurant listings available as are brochures on activities for adults and kids. All summer take your family to the famous Chatham Band Concert, Cape League baseball, and Summer Theatre. Sightseeing, whale watching, seals, cycling, beaches, golf, movies are all nearby. Small kids activities in Chatham also include a huge playground and a train museum, both right near a real fire station. Oyster Pond’s great location is nearby Chatham Main Street’s strolling and shopping.

Convenient walk to downtown Chatham location. Close to Atlantic Ocean, Nantucket Sound and Oyster Pond beaches, as well as golf and all the best Cape Cod has to offer.

Bring your canoe, kayak or Sunfish and use private dock on Oyster Pond providing access to the pond, Oyster River, Stage Harbor, Nantucket Sound, South beach, Monomoy Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby Oyster River Boatyard offers power boat rentals.

Perfect for our family of six

It’s a great spot and all that we hoped for. Everything just as nice as pictured. The pool was a huge hit with our four little ones aged 6-14, and we even made some new friends.

The house was excellent - it’s very modern and has everything you need. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a townhouse and not a freestanding house, but we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cape Cod Townhome!!

Our first visit to Cape Cod and this townhome did not disappoint! Beautifully renovated townhouse - straight out of a magazine... LOVED it! And great location - close to Chatham restaurants and shopping - just a short drive. Property is beautiful and although we had some crummy weather, it was delightful to return to Oyster Pond at the end of each busy day. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will surely recommend this property to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Lovely! Thanks again!

Our week at Oyster Pond was absolutely magical. the townhome was so beautiful and comfortable and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect home for our week in Chatham. The downstairs is very spacious with a huge living room / dining space that flows into an open kitchen. There is a full size washer and dryer in the half bath also on the first floor. the second floor has a master bedroom with a king bed with a beautiful master bathroom with dual sinks and rain shower. across is a second bedroom with 2 double beds and a second full sized bathroom and the coolest loft space with 2 twin beds perfect for kids! adjacent to this bedroom is a sitting room with a pull out queen bed that can serve as a third bedroom or a second common space. the decor is modern yet warm and very thoughtfully put together. the tennis court is in top shape and almost always available. the pool is a warm salt water pool that is most refreshing on a warm summer day. the grounds are impeccable and the site manager, John, is always around and very helpful and friendly. the location is about 1 mile from the main street of downtown Chatham. there is a cute organic food market across the street if you need something quick. we would, hands down, book this townhome again should we visit Chatham again!!!!
