This newly remodeled, beach-adjacent bungalow offers a private enclosed pool with outdoor lounge and dining spaces.
Spend time together in the cozy family room, relax with alone time in the 3 suite-style bedrooms, or catch up on work in the dedicated office space with a twin sized couch futon.
Fully stocked kitchen provides the necessities for catch-and-cook nights, takeout, or entertaining friends with drinks and snacks. Please ensure guest count is accurately recorded in your booking inquiry.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Tie up kitchen trash and put it in the outside bin (please do not leave trash in the patio area)
Make sure all pool toys are out of the pool. Please put them away when dry in the pool box. Make sure hot tub lid is securely closed
Gather towels and place by the washing machine in the office.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the house or patio area please! A $250 fee will apply
Do not move inside furniture to the patio or other outside spaces and vice versa. Our indoor furniture is not water proof.
Guests are not permitted to adjust the pool equipment. If you need something adjusted please reach out so our pool maintenance can make the change.

Place was neat and clean and exactly what the pictures depicted. Very responsive on messaging. Kitchen could us pots, pans and some basics like potholders. Kitchen table seats four people when the accommodations state that the house is for six people. Bath linens is one set per person. You will have to wash towels frequently. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

A Clean and welcoming home

Had a great stay at Olivia’s home. Very nice and clean home, the hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after spending time in downtown Vero. I appreciate her quick response to all my questions. I would stay again if I’m visiting Vero Beach.

Comfy house, pool and hot tub

We had a great relaxing vacation! The house was perfect with screened in Pool and hot tub. Olivia was great at answering our questions promptly and helping us to settle in for 15 nights. Convenient to everything, safe neighborhood and easy to get to South Beach where we spent a lot of time! Very comfy home and spent a lot of time on the patio by the pool. Definitely up for a return trip! Thank you Olivia!
