Relax in this bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath, beach-inspired home in the gated, family-friendly community of Stoneybrook at Venice. Just minutes from Venice’s Gulf beaches and historic downtown, it’s perfect for families, snowbirds, or friends looking for a comfortable coastal escape.

Outside is your own private screened oasis: a heated pool with in-pool seating, hot tub, covered dining area, plenty of loungers and pool toys, and sunset views over preserved land with no rear neighbors for extra privacy.

Inside, the open, single-story layout features a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig + drip coffee, blender, crockpot, full cookware), breakfast bar, and dining for six. The living room offers a cozy sofa and recliners, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and games for rainy days.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary suite: king bed, en-suite bath, walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: queen bed overlooking the pool
Bedroom 3: two twin beds, great for kids
You’ll also have in-home laundry, central A/C, garage use, beach chairs and towels, bikes, and an inflatable SUP. Stoneybrook amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis/pickleball, playground, and walking trails.

Loved it

We spent almost three months living in this property in early 2025 and enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean, well furnished and had a nicely equipped kitchen.The host, Joy, was very responsive to a couple of very minor items; checkin and checkout was a breeze. We will certainly try to stay in this house again when our future travels take us back to Florida. Thanks Joy.

With the kids in school we are able to enjoy summers and holiday breaks, but unfortunately not the beautiful seasonal spring time - so we rent out our home to you! Why they chose this property

We love Stoneybrook - its an active, lively community. My dad lives next door and helps to take care of our property. Stoneybrook has new pickleball courts, a huge community pool and lots of fun social events regularly. We are just a short 10 min drive to Sharkeys, Venice Beach or Nokomis beach and are across the street from Snook Haven.

What makes this property unique

Our property is our second home and is outfitted as such. We have top of the line linens, dishes and pots and pans. There are beach chairs, paddleboards, pool floats and bikes for our guests to enjoy. Our house is not a rental flip - we share our home with renters only during season, making our property a true home away from home for all.
