Welcome to The Florio! This magical riverfront tiny house is the perfect nature escape, just 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains and 5 minutes to Sylva and Dillsboro. Fish right on the property, rent kayaks or go rafting just 2 minutes away and enjoy beautiful hiking trails nearby. Wake up in a cozy bed to the soothing sounds of the Tuckasegee River.

The Florio sits right on the Tuckasegee River and gives you easy access to fun and relaxing activities. The tiny house is located at the front of Laurel Bush Riverfront Cabins and Campground, offering a quiet, cozy place to enjoy nature and explore the area.
