It’s a great place to stay. The little cabin has everything you need to stay comfortably.
Near downtown Dillsboro for a quick bite but isolated enough to be quiet. The view of the river is also a plus.
I’ll definitely be back for my next year motorcycle trip.

There were no problems with our stay at any stage. We appreciated the chargers and cleaning products provided. There is very little light pollution in the area and the sky at night was gorgeous
This was the perfect little home for a trip to the mountains

This is a cozy and well-appointed tiny house on the river. Everything is sparkling clean, up-to-date, and simply and elegantly arranged. It's the kind of place that got me thinking I could enjoy tiny house living!

Thanks for the great review. Glad you enjoyed the cozy, well‑appointed tiny house on the river and found everything sparkling clean, up‑to‑date, and elegantly arranged. Happy it had you thinking about tiny house living. We’d be pleased to host you again.
Property was very clean and had a beautiful river right outside. Not typically a fan of anything but hotels, but this had everything you might need!
Hosts were also very responsive when we had any questions!
Not sure how this property got all 10 on reviews. We are not picky people but do expect some basic items. For instance, the propane tank did not light for the outdoor fire pit (disappointing), nor was the view of the river great. Big bushes blocked the view. The front door had a SMALL blind that left 2-3 inches of it not covered! There was no hot plate for cooking even though there was utensils and pots. There is absolutely NO STORAGE for luggage or other items, no shelves or hooks except 2 small hooks to hang up your clothes on. Hard to do that with clothes on hangers and wet towels. When we pulled out the TWIN sofa bed, not full as listed, it was covered with lots of pet hair. The window ledge in the living room area was stained from water. The mirror had a crack in it. As for the positives that kept us from giving a lower score, it was basically clean. It is convenient to local areas and the price was fair. Not sure you are getting a good value who cleans for 75 though for reasons stated above. Definitely not a place for 3 as stated as only 2 STOOLS to sit on besides a half couch. This could be a lot better accomodation by fixing the items listed.

We’re glad you found the home clean, conveniently located, and fairly priced, and we truly appreciate your constructive feedback.
Wonderful spot for a couple and their pet! (singular) we had a minor mixup and booked before confirmation that two dogs would be permitted but were able to come to an agreement with the host and our stay was lovely.
