We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean, and absolutely adorable. The location was amazing, and our host was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. We highly recommend this charming flat and would happily stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay! Sharon is a wonderful host and it’s a lovely home! Everything we needed was there plus even more! We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants that were just down the street. Highly recommend and we hope to be back sometime soon!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was close to downtown, very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of space to relax. We would absolutely stay here again.

Charming stay on Balboa Island

Nice apartment..perfect for 2 plus a little one…second floor walk up so not good for anyone with mobility concerns - apartment patio deck is right next to master of the front house…so we had to really be quiet when talking out there…kitchen very well equipped…perfect location on the island….overall great stay! Would stay again…

Who Needs Martha’s Vineyard?

Just a great location to walk from, visit nearby city highlights, rent an electric boat, or relax on the patio. The high ceilings and coffee ready to go were appreciated. Owner is great to work with. We can’t wait to get back again!

Wonderful apartment

This is a wonderful apartment to stay in. It is well maintained and very clean. The outside patio is wonderful in the evenings! The location is ideal. Very close to Marine Ave. where there is great food and shopping.I highly recommend.

Father & teen son LOVED their stay. While finding the unit was a bit confusing in the dark, they very much enjoyed their visit. Location and island was perfect! Sharon was very attentive and easy to work with. Will recommend to friends and family.

My stay at this cottage was the perfect weekend getaway. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly communicative and welcoming. The location couldn't be better—tucked away just off the main street, making it easy to explore the island on foot. The cottage itself is a dream; I especially loved the private outdoor deck for my morning coffee and the fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a true home away from home.
