Enjoy a mountain vacation in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in a perfect location. This south facing condo allows for sun all day and beautiful views of the Sherwin mountains. Whether you ski, snowboard, hike, fish, cycle or just want to relax, this condo has it all! The complex boasts a pool, spa, outdoor bbq area, laundry facility and plenty of parking at affordable prices!

Centrally located near the meadow in Old Mammoth this condo is walking distance to restaurants, shops, golf, walking trails, riding trails, is 1/4 mile from Mammoth Creek, Sierra Mammoth Ranch, Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Creek Park. The shuttle for the ski lifts, into town and other attractions is located 200 yards from the complex.

This property has been completely renovated and upgraded to provide our guests with the best possible experience and a feeling of being at home. The kitchen is fully stocked, the luxurious bedding and linens are brand new and the decor is modern and inviting.The new bathroom has been fully remodeled with a double marble vanity with a separate entrance to the slate stone shower and new porcelain tub. The property was expanded to provide a convenient indoor mud area for ease of changing out of snow boots and winter gear.

This property is perfect for families, couples or small groups looking to enjoy Mammoth year round in a warm and inviting home.

We had a great stay! Excellent communication with the owner. The space was very clean and well appointed. We even extended an extra night due to the weather (snow storm in October) which was easy to do. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen and found everything we needed. We walked to the playground and on the paved trail by the property with our dog. Thank you for a great stay!
