Absolutely wonderful and a joy!

The house's location couldn't be more ideal, just up the hill from downtown Woodinville. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very attentive to our needs. The property is wonderfully landscaped. We would absolutely love to rent this house again!

Our stay at Joy House was lovely! The house was spotlessly clean, with a great kitchen that was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the property surrounding the house was beautiful and well maintained. We felt right at home. The owner was responsive to our questions and went out of his way to help meet our needs. I would highly reccommend.

This was a really great house. The inside had been totally updated and was very nice. The three bedrooms is nicely separated so everyone has their own space. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was lovely. There was lots of supplies for kids: books, baby things, and fun decor. The kitchen was very up to date with tap faucet, digital refrigerator and even coffee for the Keurig. This kitchen was fully stocked for actual cooking which is a rarity. Truly everything you need for cooking and even ziplocks and foil. They had both an iron and a steamer. This is a gated house if that is important for someone. The location was ideal for us as we were attending a wedding five minutes away. It is also five minutes from all the tasting rooms in Woodinville, yet quiet and peaceful.
