About this property

Cosy & nice studio in newly built condominium set between the end of Jomtien and the beginning of Najomtien. In spite of a budget cost, the studio has stunning sea views and is located 200 metres away from the sea.
Extra Charges:
- Not inclusive of washing of the dishes
- Water is charged at THB40 per unit
- Electricity is charged at THB 8 per unit
- Refundable security deposit: THB 5000
- The price is for 2 pax. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child sharing bed with parents - no extra beds are provided
The guests will have the whole studio at their disposal. They also can use all the facilities of the condominium.
I am always happy to communicate with my guests, but please note that I have a few properties in Pattaya and the guests staying at all these properties and unfortunately I cannot teleport myself from one property to another in a blink of an eye :) So please notify me about all the changes (for example, about changing of your check-out time) at least 1 hour in advance.
I would also appreciate if you do not wake me up during the night regarding questions of low importance. But of course I am ready to help you 24 hours if it is an emergency.
We can organize transfers and tours. There is a new waterpark not far from the condo (we organize tours to the park for our guests), beaches, restaurants and many other interesting sites in the neighborhood.
For the guests' convenience we organize transfers from the airport or Bangkok hotels to the apartment. The price for transfer from Bangkok airport (Suvarnabhumi/BKK) by a car (1-4 pax.) is THB 1500
The prices for other itineraries are provided upon request.
If you use your own car, there is a free parking.
