Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and found our communication helpful. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would be happy to host you again.
Great location walking distance from Eagle lodge, but interior is pretty dated. Squeaky beds, worn pillows, dead couch cushions, old carpets. Most the decor and furniture is at least 20 years old. Pots/pans are lacking and kitchen utensils are cheap. Complex pretty dated too with a tiny hot tub and dirty pool. Check-in process straightforward, covered underground parking.
The place was nice with good access to Eagle Lodge and Lift 15. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, except salt, so bring salt if you are cooking. (We brough our own oil, we don't expect places to stock oil, but salt would be nice.)Good value for the price. If you are looking for a very updated and plush stay, this is probably not your cup of tea, but if you want a reasonable stay near the lift, this is a good find.
This place was perfect for our group! My husband and I and 2 friends stayed here and loved the convenience of walking to the lifts everyday. We also loved the public hot tub and sauna.

We're so glad you enjoyed the clean and convenient stay near Eagle Lift! We’d love to host you again next ski season for another seamless experience.
It was a great place to stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The bathrooms could use a little work on the faucets. (Very hard to work.). It would be great to have more than one set of towels for 3 days. Otherwise there was plenty of space for 4 people. Great place to stay.

Thank you for the helpful feedback and kind words! We're glad the space and amenities worked well for your group. We’ll keep your suggestions in mind as we look for ways to improve the guest experience.
Great stay and location for our family. Nice layout of condo. It is a little dated in furniture, couch sinks down when you sit on it. Otherwise a great place and we would like to come back.

Thank you, Brian! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and the condo layout. We appreciate your feedback on the furniture and will look into it. We can't wait to welcome you back for another great visit!
Very convenient location and close to Eagle Lift. Underground parking a plus. Location is great. Check-in was an ordeal traveling to offsite office and having to retrieve keys that were not there. The rooms were comfortable but interior needs a revamping of outdated and worn furniture, and the whole place needs a deep cleaning.
The location is good (close to Eagle Lodge) but the unit itself is very dark, and a lot of lightbulbs were missing or inoperable. In particular, the lightbulbs in the second bathroom (not the master bathroom) were almost completely not working and should be changed. The dishwasher was improperly mounted but operational. The bunk bed had some screws missing and the railings were possibly unsafe. Again, this is easily fixed so it seemed like a neglect of basic maintenance. The fireplace was nice. The kitchen did not have cooking oil or salt.
Everything was good, the unit was nice, clean, but not modern, but that was not a problem for us. The only 2 items that were a bit sub-optimal were: the bunk beds were metal framed and creaked like crazy every time you moved an inch, so if someone is a restless sleeper, good luck. The other thing was the ceiling creaked too much from the neighbors above us... Other than that. Would stay again!!!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the unit and appreciate your insights on the bunk beds and ceiling noise. Your comments will help us improve. We’d love to have you stay again!
It was good however in the master bedroom there was a lamp with cords on the headboard. When my son moved the cord he got shocked because there was electric tape loosely around some exposed wires. Thank God it wasn’t one of the babies.
Our son got a week off from school in CA, so we thought we would take him out to Mammoth Mtn. We got this condo because it looked close to the lifts and we were not disappointed. Talk about an easy walk! The fireplace was great and having covered parking when it dumped fresh powder during our stay was pretty nice as well. Not as nice as all the fresh powder we got though:). The fireplace was nice as well when we unwound from the day with a big pizza. Thanks for making this short time with our boy so special.

Undisclosed Major Construction
The building was undergoing major renovations. They were replacing the roof, siding, and some windows. There was plenty of noise and access to the underground parking was blocked. The property management company, Grand Welcome said that they weren’t aware of the construction. We asked for a partial refund and they said the best they could do was a “special discount”. We were thoroughly unimpressed.

Deceiving
This rental was very deceiving. The pictures make it look very bright and modern. When you arrive, the rental is straight out of the 70s. It was clean which was nice. There was construction right outside our window which was never mentioned. We had to keep our shades closed the whole time because people were working literally outside our window. As for the pools and hot tubs. One hot tub had rusted metal, when we went down to the pool, two men were on the pool deck giving each other a hair cut. I was not impressed. We ended up leaving a day early.

My weekend stay
The home was very clean and had everything we needed. That being said, everything is very old. The place is very dark, not enough lighting, the shower fixtures were such a high pressure it was uncomfortable to shower. The bunkbed mattresses were very poor and you can feel the springs. The television is very old and only has a dvd player with no dvds in the residence. One of the living room chairs is very broken in the residence. Only one parking spot. No extra blankets, Overall I would be willing to stay here again but would be great if they fixed these inconveniences.
Great location near the Eagle lodge.Dishwasher is old and finicky. TV doesn't work and is very small. But overall the experience was good. It's clean and cozy.
