Spa was very dirty and was closed after we reported. Living room tv was missing the remote , we had to deal with app on phones. One of the bedrooms tv did not conect to wifi at all. Maintenance was send in late afternoon the day before we had to check out by 10 am
Check in was a mess. Key wasn’t in the box, was told to go straight to the unit. Door wasn’t locked, keys were inside along with a large machine near the door that was meant for cleaning/fumigating. The place smelled like chemicals and so we had to open all the windows and let it vent for a couple hours. There was no salt, pepper or oil. There was no firewood for the fireplace and when we bought our own firewood, the lighter that was there had no fuel. All of the cooking pans were scraped up and not safe for use. The TV in the master didn’t work. The water sometimes came out yellow before clearing up. Overall, this place was not worth the high cost. The location is convenient but that’s about it. It’s fine if you just need a plate to sleep but not great for family and friends to enjoy. I won’t be staying here again.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been to deal with the issues you described, from the messy check-in process and chemical smell to the missing essentials and concerns with the water and cookware. It’s clear we fell short of providing the comfortable and welcoming stay you deserved, and for that, I deeply apologize.
These are not the standards we strive to uphold, and your feedback is a wake-up call for us to address these problems immediately. From improving our check-in procedures to ensuring the property is well-stocked and properly maintained, we’re taking steps to ensure future guests don’t face the same issues.
I completely understand your decision not to stay with us again, but I truly wish we could have done more to make things right during your stay. Your experience matters to us, and I hope one day we’ll have the chance to show you the quality and care you should expect.
