Experience the epitome of luxury and serenity at our stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat. Relax by the private and serene pool, surrounded by lush greenery. The spacious living area boasts modern velvet chairs, flat-screen TVs, and a wine cellar for the connoisseurs. Accommodating extra guests is a breeze with the expansive and comfortable couch that sleeps two or more. With a two-car parking garage, convenience and comfort await you at every turn. Unwind, indulge, and create unforgettable memories in this truly exceptional space.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire unit to yourself.
Two car parking garage with one spot directly in front of garage - parallel to unit.
Visitors parking has designated signs
pool is cleaned on Wednesdays
Other Things to Note:
There will be a mandatory pool waiver that needs to be signed prior to receiving any access codes. If you do not agree to sign the waiver, the reservation will need to be canceled with our cancellation policy enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS
The grass is cut on Wednesdays.
The pool is cleaned on Mondays.
There are two security cameras. One at the front door (facing outside only) and one at the pool area for safety reasons.
These cameras should never be touched, or there will be a $200 fee applied for repositioning and re-installing.
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.
