Cedar Sands has it all! Location! Comfort! Relaxation! This beach property is nestled in a prime location in the south end of Brigantine. It is literally walking distance to everything! This Cedar Sands property is just steps from the beach,1 block from the park, community center, and pickle ball courts! There are beach entrances on both sides of the building. In the center of the property, right by the dunes is a beautiful pool for you to relax. There are outside showers by the pool, as you come right from the beach. Enjoy this comfortable 2-bedroom corner condo with a spacious but cozy interior and a nice beach breeze. As you enter the unit, first is the living room with a smart tv, closet, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer! Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed, closet, smart tv, small back deck; Bedroom 2: bunk bed trundle- including 1 twin up top, full size on the bottom, and a twin trundle pullout - also has a smart tv in this room. Guests will feel right at home and have room to spread out. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. Whether you're looking to hit the beach, relax by the pool, or perhaps both, Cedar Sands is your place! You can walk around town, or ride bikes (as there is a bike rack on the property) stay cool with AC, or stay connected with WiFi, this fantastic property has everything you need and more! Including beach tags ,beach chairs and umbrella! Enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer when you stay at our place. We welcome you and we hope you love it’s much as we do!

This 2 bedroom condo was the perfect size for my husband and I on our mini getaway. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels (provided) were the finest quality I’ve had at a rental property. The location was excellent for beach access and chairs were there. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place that is right on the beach, great location to the community center, and nice surrounding neighborhood for walks! My SIL and I took our two oldest kids for a long weekend and they had a blast and loved that the beach was such a short walk and how close it was to the community center. Highly recommend this property if you are traveling with kiddos as it checked all the boxes. For reference our kids are 5!

The corner unit made it very convenient, and being just steps to the beach couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was spotless, comfy, and felt like home. Nicole and Rich were wonderful hosts super kind and easy to communicate with. Truly the perfect, spot for a beach getaway, we can’t wait to come back!

We love the Jersey shore. Brigantine is a secret gem with lots of charm. The beaches are great, the town is safe, the people are friendly.

What makes this property unique

This Cedar Sands property is in a great location as it sits right up against the dunes at the beach. We really like the south end of Brigantine. You can walk anywhere from ice cream spots like Richman’s and Jersey Cow, to CVS, Aversa’s, coffee shops, Tiki Taco, the local hardware store, the park and community center. The property has outside showers and a pool on site.
