The place was spotless and well equiped. We rented it for my Aunts and cousins visiting for Thanksgiving. Just one light from our house, near shopping and fastfood. They felt safe and comfortable. You have a beautiful home.

We stayed here for a few nights with our kiddos. The host was super accommodating and helpful with letting us even check in earlier. It was a cute little place and very clean. The three beds were comfy and the air cooled off the house quickly. Over all a great little place.

Home away from home

We stayed here for 2 weeks and didn’t have a single complaint. Communication from the owners was so easy and they even let us add an extra day when we had a problem with the plane ride home! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Stay for proximity to John Muir Medical

The unit istelf was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were amazing, enough that I asked the host the configuration of them so I could build my bed at home the same way. I was not crazy about the location, but it was not terrible. I was coming from stays right in downtown Walnut Creek so my standards for comparison are high. Hosts were very nice!

Good location with plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Very nice shower head with separate handheld sprayer. Toilet handle was loose. Had everything you could need. Could update the outside some and plant some grass or put in rock. Need to pull the door towards you when you put in the security code. Ben and Michelle responded quickly to all inquiries. Near a bust intersection but not too noisy. Across the street from Popeyes and a block away from a nice little Italian restaurant. Would stay again.

Bay Area home

Michelle and Benjamin‘s home was wonderful! It was by far the cleanest home that we’ve ever walked into. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the furnishings were there that you could need.We were only there for two nights, but we did have a few questions about things in the area. Benjamin and Michelle replied promptly to everything we asked. Having their responses so quickly really made everything so much easier for us.

I ended up checking out early from my stay here. One of our guest began to get very sick and have an allergic to reaction to something. The initial worry was mold and I believe some was found under the kitchen sink. The guest bathroom seemed to have already been treated. The home is old and you can tell. The floors were also very dirty and our feet were black just from walking on it. The location is right on a major street, across from a gas station and Popeyes. The road was noisy at all times for day. The host thankfully gave us the money back for the nights we did not stay but we still had to pay other fees. I would be cautious before booking this place. You may end up changing your mind once you get there.

We’re sorry this guest’s experience did not meet expectations. We want to reassure future guests that there has never been any visible mold or mold treatment in this home. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay, and no such issues have ever been found. Our home includes air purifiers, ventilation fans in both the kitchen and bathroom, and we do our best to keep the home well ventilated year-round. We understand that one of the guests had specific sensitivities, and their reaction could have been triggered by any assortment of environmental factors such as dust, pollen, or pet dander, etc. All of which can vary naturally and are unfortunately beyond any host’s full control. While we provided a refund for the unused nights as a courtesy, we stand by the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of our property, which many previous guests have consistently praised.
