I wouldn’t stay again.

The place itself was fine, the unit and location is nice. There is ALOT of road noise and poor signage in the building trying to find your way around. The experience at check-out however was unsettling. The cleaning crew arrived right at check-out time, and I let them know we were running 10 minutes behind. Exactly 10 minutes later, a man forcefully entered the apartment without identifying himself and rudely told us they had more guests arriving, even as I was clearly walking out with my suitcase. As a single woman with a child, I felt uncomfortable and threatened by his aggressive behavior. While I understand we were slightly late, the way we were treated was completely inappropriate. I would not rent from this host again.

Hi thanks for your review - we’re surprised You didn’t have a good experience finding your way around the building, as we’ve had hundreds of other guests stay in our units and never heard this before. In regards to your checkout - you rudely told us you weren’t checking out (or something of the sort), when we came to inquire - you refused to open the door. We opened the door only after not getting a response assuming You had left. Very glad you won’t be back.
